Carolyn Friedman, Career Coach

Carolyn Friedman has emerged from a career helping others achieve their professional and life missions. She founded ReadyLaunchPRO to provide career coaching services that support young adults in their transition from college credits to career calling.

Carolyn has more than nine years of professional workforce development experience and is a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP). She knows first-hand how overwhelming an early career journey can be, having helped her own children navigate the process. Today, she provides an empathetic ear for recent grads while empowering them to position their skills in the most marketable light. She supports their goal setting, career positioning, resume design and interviewing, to create a professional portfolio that can compete in any job market.

Carolyn earned her MBA from Marymount University, and Bachelor’s in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany. She is also a member of the National Career Development Association and the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals.
